"I fly a starship, across the universe divine"
-Johnny Cash in "The Highwayman"

Jason P Quinton has a music blog, you can take the boy away from the debate circuit, but you can't take the geek out of the nerd. Lets get textually funky:

The UK is both an island of audiophiles and a nakedly tabloid obsessed culture. Still, it took me months before I played "Droppin Names" (myspace.com/dirtnasty), and over the course of two shows "Droppin Names" by Dirt Nasty has been getting the most serious response of any tune I've floated on the London airwaves.

"I did cocaine with David Blaine, he made my blow disappear mang"
-Dirt Nasty

Since this is the first post, you could maybe call it...the jump off. Anyway, here's some Philadelphians who do it right (like Rick Tocchet used to):

Plastic Little - "The Jump Off"

Wednesday 12AM-2AM, 99.3 (myspace.com/livefm), don't sleep...seriously, stay awake, otherwise you'll miss the show, via sleep. Plus, ninjas will put your hand in warm water and spill urine on your pants. The only thing worse than having a myth confirmed is wetting your pants.

"Space travels in my blood, there aint nothing I can do about it"
-The Only Ones in "Another Girl, Another Planet"
